Bridget Morris
Bridget Morris is the founder and president of Morris Strategies, a Vermont-based lobbying and strategic communications firm. Since launching the firm in 2019, she has represented clients across sectors including healthcare, education, energy, technology, insurance, and nonprofit advocacy, helping them navigate Vermont’s legislative process, shape public opinion, and achieve policy goals.
With more than a decade of experience in Vermont politics, Bridget learned the craft of government affairs from some of the state’s most seasoned political professionals. Her approach blends deep knowledge of Vermont’s political landscape with strategic public relations expertise, enabling clients to engage effectively with lawmakers, regulators, and communities across the state and New England region.
Before her lobbying career, Bridget spent five years in the financial services and insurance industries, gaining in-depth knowledge of financial markets, health insurance, and governance for endowments and foundations. She is also a former U.S. Army Captain who served as Executive Officer of an Air Defense Artillery Battery and as a Battalion Intelligence Officer—experience that honed her leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.

She has represented clients across sectors including education, healthcare, transportation, energy, technology, and nonprofit advocacy.
